Important Dates for 2022-2023 Registration

If you are looking for the right start for your child, plan on attending our EARLY CHILDHOOD PARENT INFORMATION EVENT on Thursday, February 3, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Parents are invited to tour our Preschool 4’s, Early Fives, and Kindergarten. Faculty and Administration will be available to answer any questions you may have. Admission Application packets will be available.
INCARNATION SCHOOL’S ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE and Learning Fair will be held on Sunday, February 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All interested families are invited to attend whether you have had students here for years, are new to the school, or just interested in information. Come tour the school and visit with our teachers and staff.
REGISTRATION for all NEW families will begin during our Open House on Sunday, February 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. New student registration will continue Monday-Wednesday, February 28, March 1 & 2, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the school. Required at registration are your child’s original birth certificate (with County seal), social security card, and certificates for any sacraments they have received (Baptism, First Communion, etc.) Also required is a $200 per family registration fee. The Health Examination Form included in the Admission Application packet is due by June 1.
SCREENING FOR KINDERGARTEN AND EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS will be held March 18 & 21 in the Parish Center. Please sign up for a screening time at Registration.
SCREENING for other grades may also be required. Families who have submitted applications for new students in grades one through eight will be contacted to schedule a placement test.

The items listed below must be submitted before your Admission Application can be processed. Copies will be made of original documents at the time of registration.

- Birth Certificate (issued by County – not hospital certificate)
- Social Security card or valid Passport
- Sacrament Certificates (Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion – if applicable)
- Recommendation form – Students applying for Grades 1-8
- School Health Form
- Registration Fee ($200 per family – non-refundable)
