Junior Optimist Club

Junior Optimist is a club dedicated to providing service. In past years our club has had fundraisers or donation drives for the American Heart Association, Brigid’s Path, Homefull, the American Cancer Society, and local nursing homes, to name a few. We welcome any 6 – 8 grade Incarnation school student who would like to join us!

This year club meetings will be held on Zoom. Below are the dates for the Zoom Junior Optimist meetings.

Monday, November 16 at 4:30

Monday, January 25 at 4:30

Monday, March 22 at 4:30

The rest of our year consists of signing up for various service projects. All sign-ups will be through web-site. Students do not have to attend the meetings to participate in the service activities. Please complete the following in order for your student to attend the meetings and become a member of the club.

1. The online registration questions are for the Archdiocese Permission, Release and Medical Power of Attorney (should we be able to do activities in the community later in the school year.)

2. Please submit dues of $13. This will also cover the cost of a tee shirt for the 2020-2021 year. You may make a credit card payment at the end of the application.

3. Officer application for any interested 8th grade students. Open positions include: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and historian(s) Please feel free to contact me with questions. We are looking forward to a fun year!
