Mrs. Deanne McNeil

Degree Info:

B.S. Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton

Certifications:

Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, Project Management Certification

About me:

I am originally from Louisville, Ky where I attended a Catholic Grade School and high school. I moved to Dayton after graduating from UD and accepting a job with NCR. Throughout my 15 year career at NCR, I held a variety of positions including internal software development for sales, remote technical support for district offices throughout the US, Software Development Manager for internal software, US Project Manager and then Global Program Manager for one of NCR’s 7 global IT initiatives at the time.

Family Info:

My husband, Tim, and I have 3 grown kids who did attend and graduate from Incarnation School. All 3 have graduated from college and have started their own careers.

Interests:

Outside of school, I enjoy reading a good book, puzzles, a good movie or play, crafts, visiting with friends and family and just being outside.

What brought me to Incarnation:

When I “retired” from NCR after our third child was born, I started volunteering for whatever was needed at Incarnation. We had 2 kids in the school at the time so that made sense. This place is so welcoming, and I love being a part of something like that! When the Primary Lab teacher left, I applied and was hired. I loved teaching computer skills and programs to young students. Eventually I moved into the Director of Technology role, bringing me back to my roots so to speak. My time at Incarnation has been so different from the business world where I stated, but I love it and firmly believe this is where I am meant to be.
