INCARNATION SCHOOL’S EARLY CHILDHOOD OPEN HOUSE will be held on Thursday, November 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All interested families are invited to attend whether you are new to the school or just interested in information. Come tour the school, get a bite of pizza, and visit with all our wonderful teacher and staff!
REGISTRATION for all NEW families will begin online November 15. The items listed below must be submitted before your Admission Application can be processed. Documents may by securely uploaded through the website or copies may be delivered to the main office.
- Application for Admission
- Birth Certificate (issued by County)
- Social Security card
- Sacrament Certificates (Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion – if applicable)
- Recommendation form – Students applying for Grades 1-8, completed online
- School Health Form – to be completed by your physician
- Registration Fee ($200 per child – non-refundable)
SCREENING FOR KINDERGARTEN AND EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS takes place in early spring. Information will be sent out to families as we approach that date.
SCREENING for other grades may also be required. Families who have submitted applications for new students in grades one through eight will be contacted to schedule a placement test.
