DAY OF GIVING – 2020

The Wall Street Journal published a study in June 2018 addressing the ‘Catholic School Difference’.  Catholic schools instill self-discipline in students and this quality will benefit them throughout life, increasing success, drive, focus, and relationships.  Students who attend Catholic schools show measurably higher achievement than their public school peers.  Parents who choose to invest in Catholic education are consciously setting their children on a path toward a better life.  We have also experienced the ‘Catholic School Difference’ this fall as we reopened our doors in the midst of a pandemic and kept them open.  The dedication to our children and commitment to in-person education is unparalleled during these difficult times.

Tuesday, December 1st is the National Day of Giving; a day for families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world to come together for one common purpose: to celebrate giving.  Please remember Incarnation School when considering where your donation will be most effective.  If possible, consider joining the Crusader Club to support Catholic school education.

Our goal this year is to replace the cafeteria tables.  This much needed update is especially important this year due to social distancing constraints.  The old rectangular tables create a sense of isolation, while new round tables would offer inclusivity, as well as the needed spacing between children.  Your generosity will make this essential improvement possible and benefit our current students and those yet to enter our doors.

Thank you for giving and God bless!

Early Foundations are the key to successful futures. The Incarnation Community has been the cornerstone of that foundation for my family. There are key moments when Incarnation influenced, shaped, and directed my life in a way that resulted in purpose, pride, and achievement.

One of the foundational items that Incarnation taught me is that investing in your future creates opportunities for success. I believe the Day of Giving is an opportunity for all of us to invest in the youth within our community. The Leaders at Incarnation School have been working on a plan to plant the mustard seed of investment and hopefully together we can grow this Day of Giving into cornerstones for each of the young lives developing within the walls of Incarnation that is near and dear to many of your families and the generations of the Uhl Family.

It is a unique and beautiful experience to grow up in an environment that is a safe harbor for Faith Formation. Incarnation has always been that place for my family that not only provides the structure of what it means to live a life of faith but a place to grow in the day to day practice of what it means to follow Jesus Christ.

Incarnation believed in me before I believed in myself. Early in my education path, I was guided by many priests, lay persons, school administration, and teachers who taught me the value of discipline and dedication. Their desire for me to succeed was matched only by my parents. Incarnation was the place that set root to the value of a quality education. For Kelly and me, Incarnation was the only choice as we planned for the education path for our 4 sons.

Supporting the Crusader Club is just one way we want to help Incarnation School. We believe in the youth of our community and the nurturing guidance of Incarnation School. We hope you will join us to invest in our community.
