The Incarnation Parish Community is proud of the reputation of our school in faith formation and academic excellence. Information is enclosed to help acquaint you with our award- winning program. We appreciate your interest in our school and will process your admission application as quickly as possible. The items listed below must be submitted before your Admission Application can be processed. Copies will be made of original documents at the time of registration.

  • Application for Admission
  • Birth Certificate (issued by County)
  • Social Security card
  • Sacrament Certificates (Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion – if applicable)
  • Recommendation form – Students applying for Grades 1-8
  • School Health Form
  • Registration Fee ($200 per child – non-refundable)

Important Dates for 2024-2025 Registration

If you are looking for the right start for your child, plan on attending our EARLY CHILDHOOD PARENT INFORMATION EVENT on Thursday, November 7, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Bring your family to tour our Preschool 4’s, Early Fives, and Kindergarten.  Faculty and Administration will be available to answer any questions you may have. Admission Application packets will be available. Enjoy pizza and refreshments while learning about Incarnation’s award winning programs.  Reservations should be made on the website.

REGISTRATION for all NEW families will begin online on November 15. Required at registration are your child’s original birth certificate, social security card, and certificates for any sacraments they have received (Baptism, First Communion, etc.) Also required is a $200 per child registration fee. The Health Examination Form available on the website is due by June 1.

SCREENING FOR KINDERGARTEN AND EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS will be held in late February in the Parish Center. Families applying for admission online will be contacted to set up a screening time.

PLACEMENT TESTING for Grades 1-8 will also be required. Families who have submitted applications for new students in grades one through eight will be contacted to schedule an appointment for placement testing.
